An NGO in Punjab built on skill development and independence.

Orane Foundation connects underserved students, adults and women with skill development, training and community support — turning learning into a livelihood.

Skill development becomes more powerful when it leads to confidence, employable skills and sustainable livelihoods.

As a skill development NGO working across Punjab, Orane Foundation grew out of a simple observation: opportunity isn’t evenly spread. While cities absorb most investment in training and jobs, the small towns that power much of India’s workforce are often left without a clear path from learning to earning.

That gap shaped our approach from the start — connecting underserved learners with practical, industry-relevant training, career pathways and community support, so opportunity becomes something people can actually reach.

Today, that belief carries through everything the Foundation does — from skill development and women’s livelihoods to standing beside Punjab’s communities when disaster strikes.
